I’ve worked across a range of industries, including contracting and construction, service based businesses, consumer facing companies, and organizations managing complex operations and teams. My background includes executive strategy, operations, growth planning, and leadership support in environments where clarity matters and mistakes are costly.

Before starting The Bronze Edge, I spent over a decade in an operating role inside a service based business that grew from roughly $1M in annual revenue to over $20M.
During that time, I was directly involved in the operational, financial, and leadership decisions that come with sustained growth; hiring, structure, cash flow, compliance, risk, and execution under pressure.

After exiting my operational role, I chose to focus on advisory and fractional executive work rather than running another company full-time.
