Operational Strategy Intensive

Format

  • Two advisory sessions per month (60 minutes each)

  • Async check-ins as needed (email or shared docs)

Monthly Advisory

  • Business Plan Development: Starting at $2,500​

    • ​For situations where a formal plan is required for financing, partners, or internal alignment.​​

  • Proposal Writing: $1,500–$3,000

    • Clear, structured proposals for specific opportunities or funding needs.​

  • Process Documentation & Standardization:$3,000–$5,000

    • Documenting and clarifying key operational processes to reduce friction and inconsistency.​

  • Recruitment & Retention Strategy: Starting at $2,500

    • Clarifying hiring priorities, role structure, and retention risks.​

  • Training Workshops:$1,000–$2,500 per workshop

    • Focused workshops on specific operational or leadership topics.​

These services are available when a specific need is clearly defined and scoped.

Most clients engage in these after completing a Strategy Intensive, once priorities and direction are clear.
